Executive management

Caroline Cochran co-founded Oklo and has served as its Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Oklo Board since its inception in July 2013. 

Caroline has been a founder in multiple organizations, and she was one of the youngest recipients of the University of Oklahoma Regent's Alumni Award. Caroline is a former member of the U.S. Department of Energy Nuclear Energy Advisory Committee and was a panel member at the 9th Clean Energy Ministerial. 

Caroline received a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and her S.M. in Nuclear Engineering from MIT. 

R. Craig Bealmear has served as Oklo's Chief Financial Officer since August 2023. 

Since April 2023, Craig has served as an executive advisor to Trindent Consulting, a management consulting firm. From April 2021 to December 2022, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Renewable Energy Group, Inc., a producer of advanced biofuels that was acquired by Chevron Corporation in June 2022. 

Prior to joining Renewable Energy Group, Inc., Craig held several positions at BP plc, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer — North America Downstream at BP plc from March 2015 to December 2020 and as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer; Refining and Marketing Segment at BP plc from January 2013 to February 2015. 

Craig held numerous prior roles in finance, strategy and commercial with BP plc and Atlantic Richfield Corporation over a 30-year career in both the United States and United Kingdom. 

Craig holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.

Alex has served as the Chief Product Officer at Oklo Inc. since June 2024. While at Oklo, Alex has been the Senior Director of Product, and Director of Licensing.

Before joining Oklo Inc., Alex worked at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for nearly seven years. During her public service, Alex served as a Reactor Engineer, Project Manager, and Reactor Inspector. Alex traveled to various nuclear facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and public safety and additionally participated in the startup of Watts Bar Unit 2 and the construction of VC Summer Units 3 & 4.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering, graduating Cum Laude under the Chancellor's Honor Program.

Bill Goodwin is Oklo’s Chief Strategy Officer, leading strategy, corporate development and partnerships, government affairs, and the legal team.

Prior to joining Oklo, Bill held a variety of leadership roles at Joby Aviation, including Special Projects & Strategy. He also led key Department of Defense initiatives and built Joby’s government affairs and legal teams, contributing to the company’s market strategy and overall growth.

Before Joby, Bill was Head of Policy and Legal at Skyryse, as the company built the first fully digitized aircraft operating system, and General Counsel and Vice President of Policy at AirMap, where he negotiated first of a kind agreements for unmanned traffic management for drones. He began his legal career at Morrison Foerster in their San Francisco office.

Bill holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, an M.A. in Political Philosophy from Claremont Graduate University, and a B.A. in Classics from the University of Southern California.

John Hanson has served as Chief of Staff of Oklo since May 2024.

He has held several leadership and technical roles at Oklo since joining in 2015, including Senior Director of Special Projects from February 2022 to September 2024, Director of Policies and Procedures from January 2019 to February 2022, and Reactor Engineer.

Prior to joining Oklo, he was a U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science Graduate Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he conducted research in nuclear materials and corrosion science.

John holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from The Ohio State University.

Vivek Narayanadas has served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Oklo since October 2025.

He served as Head of Legal from February 2025 to October 2025. Before joining Oklo he served in executive roles at a range of high-growth companies, including as Deputy General Counsel at Maven Clinic Co., a healthcare technology company, from May 2023 to January 2025 and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at MetaMap, Inc., from December 2021 to May 2023. Before that, he held senior legal leadership positions at Shopify Inc., and The Rubicon Project, Inc.. Before moving in-house, Vivek started his career as a litigator, where he focused on intellectual property, securities, and class action litigation at two large law firms.

Vivek received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Erik Lassen has served as Senior Vice President of Engineering of Oklo since April 2026 and previously served as Senior Director, Manufacturing Center of Excellence from January 2026 to April 2026.

Prior to joining Oklo, he held various engineering and manufacturing leadership roles at Joby Aviation, Inc. from 2019 to 2026, most recently serving as Aircraft Final Assembly and Integration Lead. He also founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Monolith Aeroworks LLC from 2011 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he held engineering positions with Virgin Galactic, LLC and Scaled Composites, LLC, where he contributed to the development, testing, and manufacturing of advanced aerospace and spaceflight systems.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University.

Michael Dixon has served as Vice President of Accounting and Controller of Oklo since May 2026.

Michael will serve as Oklo's Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Oklo, Michael was employed by National Grid USA Service Company (April 2020-May 2026). He most recently served in the capacity of Vice President, US/New York Controller and FP&A (April 2024-April 2026). In this role, Michael was responsible for certifying the financial statements and Sarbanes-Oxley Act certifications of National Grid North America and National Grid USA (NGUSA), as well as NGUSA's regulated utility subsidiaries in New York. Michael was also responsible for the development of financial budgets and long-term business plans for the New York business unit. He served in the capacity of Vice President, US Controller (November 2022-March 2024) and Director, US Assistant Controller (April 2020-Oct 2022).

Michael was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2006 to 2020.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh.
